"We were communicated to via WhatsApp in fluent English which was great. Monika arranged a driver for us to pick us up from the airport and take us to the apartment which was extremely helpful given that we were four people with large luggage. And finally we were met at the apartment by Aya and handed over the keys and given a tour of the apartment. Aya also turned on the AC the day before making it very comfortable during an extreme heatwave and she had cold water, beer, wine, and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Extremely above and beyond. We would recommend this place to anyone and absolutely stay here again should we ever travel back to Nice, France."

"Everything. The location is ideal. Step right out onto the promenade des anglais. You’re right on the edge of Vieux Nice. Easy walking distance to Place Massena. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, the water is hot, the showers are perfect, the beds are firm (we chuckled about bringing ours home), the kitchen is well appointed, there is a washer dryer for laundry, and the requests by the hosts are minimal. It’s a delight. I’d like to have stayed 2 weeks."

"I traveled with my 82yo Mother. The flight of stairs was a little hard for her but there is only 1 flight and there is an elevator the remaining way."

The beds are very confortables and the sea view from the balcony beautiful. This apartment is situated in the best area of Nice; just two steps away from the beach and next to the old town and all the shops. Absolutely fabulous. I'll be back!"

You are close to the old town and you can just walk to the beach or to the castle or to the old town. The apartment can easily accommodate 4-5 persons. They also allowed us to check in early. "Entendí en booking 3 baños y en realidad es uno completo, otro ducha y pileta y el water a parte. Considero son 2 baños. Y la entrada es un piso por escalera y tomas un mini ascensor en el primer piso. Éramos 5 y se nos complicó con las valijas. Igual lo recomiendo ampliamente. volveria"
